The Fine Print

1. If more than 2 adults are sharing a rental property, a fee of $5 per adult per day is assessed for each additional adult. Kids 12 and under are free! (make sure we have an accurate accounting of adults as we do not refund anything after you go home-thanks!) No extra people are allowed in cars, RV's or tents. This is a liability to the cabin owner and us, your hosts.

2. Washington State Law requires a lodging tax be applied in addition to the room rate.

3. Check in time is 3pm or after; Checkout time is Noon. NO EXCEPTIONS PLEASE!!! You will be charged an extra day if earlier than 3pm arrival or later than noon check-out. We must clean and set codes in cabins.

4. All rooms are NON SMOKING. Please smoke outdoors & use ashtray for butts. A fee of $50 will be assessed and added to your card if you smoke inside ANY cabin. This may be more if extensive cleaning is required.

5. Reservations are guaranteed only by credit card or advanced payment. No cash or personal checks accepted on the day of check-in.

6. Cancellation: Full refunds will only be granted on 72 hour notice or 7 days during peak season or on major holidays. No refunds for weather...it is constantly changing and fun! We do not refund because of personal reasons, ie; stairs that you never saw, sound of ocean, no curtains in view rooms on ocean, smells, color of plates, etc. Reasonable requests only. There is a $50 cancellation fee.

7. Pets are allowed in a limited number of units for an additional fee. Smuggling in your pets in a NO PET unit will result in a de-pet fee of $200 & up depending on the size of the unit and the extent of the cleaning required. This also means in cars, trucks, patios, etc. No dogs is no dogs. Please respect cabin owners requests.

8. Damages in excess of normal wear & tear/missing items: The registered guests (cardholder) shall be responsible for any & all damages/missing or broken items from guests or pets visiting. Whether registered or not.

9. Absolutely NO camping or fireworks in the dunes. State Parks Rangers will levy hefty fines for doing so. Campfires or fireworks must be 200 feet west of the dunes closest to the ocean.

10. If you leave anything behind and we hunt your information down and mail it to you, there will be a $20 fee plus postage to return it when we are able to schedule a trip to the post office. We do not guarantee the handling by the postal service but will do our best to wrap very well!

11. One last item...you are in a residential area so please be kind to neighbors and keep noise down, especially evenings after 8 p.m. or before 9 a.m. Take care when parking cars and do not block your neighbors in any way.
